Judy Rae Smith age 63, of Ashland, died Monday March 28, 2011 at her residence following an extended illness. She was born in West Virginia on March 23, 1948 the daughter of the late Bartley and Alma (Lamb) Vanetta. Judy lived most all of her life in Ashland. She was a Homemaker and had also worked at Heartland Home as an Aid.
Survivors include her three sons and daughters in- law, John Stutz of Ashland, Bryon and Angie Stutz of Ashland, Jason and Amber Smith of Shelby; two grandchildren; along with her sister and brother in- law, Virginia and Jack Erni of Los Lunas, New Mexico.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents and sister Martha Vanetta.
