DURHAM Mrs. Judy Kessinger Johnson, 69, a former resident of Durham, died on Tuesday, January 28, 2014. She had been living in Sugar Grove, NC.
She was the daughter of the late George Harold Kessinger and Elsie Irene Johnson Kessinger. She retired from IBM Corp. She attended the West Clayton Church of God.
She is survived by her son, Jeff Vollers of Durham; daughter, Robin Dyer of Clayton; two brothers, George Eddie Kessinger of Arkansas City, Kansas, Curtis Wayne Kessinger of Virginia Beach, Va.; sister, Rosa Parnell of Durham; six grandchildren, Carrie Cox, Kyle Dyer, Brandon Dyer, Ashley Dyer, Michael Vollers and James Vollers; three great-grandchildren, Maison Cox, Keigan Gaiter and Julian Gaiter.
