Judy Kay CrawfordAge 78 of Owosso passed away Tuesday, February 1, 2022 at her home.A rosary will be held at 10:00 AM before a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am on May 7, 2022 at St. Paul Catholic Church, with interment following at St. Paul Cemetery.Judy was born July 10, 1943 to Charles and Vicky (Gregoricka) Malik.Judy graduated St. Paul Catholic High School in 1960 and married Jack Durwin Crawford on May 9, 1964 at St. Joseph Catholic Church; he preceded her in death on February 18, 2012.A devoted wife and mother, Judy worked at her Uncle Jerry’s bakeries in Durand and Owosso, was an active member of the FOP Auxiliary, helped her husband Jack manage the YMCA Dolphins Swim Team and served over 20 years as a trusted caregiver for multiple families in the Owosso Community. Judy was also a fierce and sassy card player, and enjoyed traveling with her husband to many fun casino destinations. Her faith and family were always central in her life. She often prayed for others so that they may might find peace with God. Judy will be greatly missed by her family who she so loved and who she created so many wonderful memories with.Judy was preceded in death by her parents; husband Jack and son, Kenneth. She is survived by her daughter, Vicky (James) Jenks; son, Michael (Kimberly) Crawford; daughter-in-law, Jane Crawford; grandchildren, David (Olivia), Zachery, Rachel and Courtney Crawford, Brittney (Michael) Benedetto, Jack Crawford, Kalea Berry; sisters, Cathy (Jerry) Robinson and Marti (Elek) Kovacs.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are kindly suggested to the family; online condolences may be entered at Nelson-House.com.
