Muncie – Judy K. Raines, 72, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at her residence following an extended illness.
Judy was born in Muncie on October 24, 1942, the daughter of Dick and Wanda (Clevenger), Brown, and attended Muncie Central High School.
Mrs. Raines enjoyed cooking and gardening, and will be missed by her friends and family.
Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Grayson, (husband-Billy), Royerton; two sisters, Patty Dakins, (husband-James), Muncie, and Connie Goodman, (companion-Jr. Hicks), Muncie; a brother, Frank Valandingham; a granddaughter, Madison Grayson, Royerton; a brother-in-law, Wendell Raines, Muncie; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of several years, Shirley Raines; two daughters, Jackie K. Raines and Beth Ann Raines; and a nephew, Chad Dakins.
