Judy Eldridge, age 72, of Ringos Mills Road, Hillsboro, passed away Monday, May 8, 2017, at her residence.
Born July 1, 1944, in Hillsboro, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Laton Smoot and Flora Edith McLain Maxey Smoot. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Fred Hinton ‘Hint’ Maxey, Henry Laton ‘Dude’ Maxey, and Kenneth ‘Wayne’ Maxey, and three sisters, Opal Maxey, Frankie Maxey, and Wilma ‘Sis’ Rhoton.
Judy is survived by her husband of 49 years, Don Eldridge, whom she married June 23, 1967; one son, Darrin Eldridge and wife Lesia of Hillsboro; extended family and many friends.
