Judy A. (Roberts) Thomas, 68, entered into eternal peace on Tuesday, October 6th at her home in Center Valley surrounded by her family. Born in Quakertown, she was a daughter of the late William and Anna (Frank) Roberts. She met and married the love of her life, the late Raymond J. Thomas, while working as a press operator at Delbar Products in Perkasie, PA. Ray and Judy later started a family business at the Quakertown Farmers Market where they continued to work side by side for more than 30 years. Judy later went on to work as a receiver at Walmart in Quakertown and part time as a magazine merchandiser for Harrisburg News Company. Throughout her life, Judy enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, playing games and traveling with her husband. She loved her family dearly and was very involved in her daughter and granddaughter’s lives. Most would say she is best known for “not being afraid to tell it like it is.” Surviving her daughter, Kimberly Hildenbrandt and her fiancé Jeffrey Shirk; granddaughter Rachael Hildenbrandt; sisters Joyce Thompson, Barbara Duna, and Peggy Orzel; brothers Franklin “Nick”, Stewart, Harold “Smokey,” and William Jr. “Billy.” She is preceded in death by a sister, Betty Thomson, and brothers Leonard “Butch,” Ronnie, Richard, and Robert. At Judy’s request she wanted nothing “fancy.
