Judtih “Judy” Foster, the daughter of Floyd L. and Maxien (McBroom) Purvis, was born August 18, 1946 in Grinnell, Iowa. She grew up in the Kellogg , Iowa area and graduated from Newton High School in Newton, Iowa in 1964.
On August 14, 1965, Judy was united in marriage to Charles E. Foster in Kellogg.
Judy was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents. Those left to honor her memory are her husband, Charlie of Newton; her parents, Floyd and Maxine Purvis of Kellogg; her three sisters and brother-in-law, Pamela Rupe of Grinnell; Kathy and Steve Foster of Madison, Alabama; and Denise Sedlock of Grinnell; her brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Gene and Dorothy Berry of Grinnell and Arline Foster of Newton; and her many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
