DURHAM Mrs. Judith Lynn “Judy” Long, 53, of 4801 Danube Lane Apt 627, died on Saturday, July 5, 2014.
Mrs. Long was born in Newport News, Virginia and had been a lifelong resident of Durham. She was the daughter of the late Warren George Long, Sr. and Edith Jane Wolfe. She was employed with Duke Regional Hospital as a Nutritionist. She is a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
She is survived by her son, Nathan Shane Long of Durham; two brothers, Warren George Long, Jr. and wife, Carol of Roxboro and Donnie Dewitt Moore, Sr. and wife, Nancy; two sisters, Diane Smith and husband, Kenneth of Cumberland, Md. and Paula Adcock and husband, Bruce of Clarksville, Va.; several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
The family would like to express special thanks to co-workers and others that have supported Judith with all their love and kindness. Also, the family would like to thank Hock Family Pavilion for their care.
