Judith Ann “Judy” Rumbaugh, the daughter of Donald and Ethel Poorbaugh Fuller was born on June 18, 1940 in Cambridge, Iowa. She graduated from Mingo High School in 1958.
On August 8, 1958, Judy was united in marriage with Vernon Sanders in Mingo, Iowa. They were blessed with two daughters, Deborah and Beverly. On December 21, 1978, Judy was united in marriage with Carroll Rumbaugh in Newton, Iowa. She was a homemaker and farmer’s wife. Judy loved being around her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She had also enjoyed bowling and cooking.
Judy died on Saturday, October 5, 2019, surrounded by the love of her family at MercyOne Newton Medical Center in Newton. She was 79. She was preceded in death by her parents.
