Judith “Judie” F. (Halpern) Stauffer, 66 of West Hartford, beloved wife of Martin E. Stauffer, died Monday, June 29, 2009, at her home. Judie was born February 8, 1943 in Middletown and was the daughter of the late Harry and Harriet (Goldberg) Halpern. Besides her husband, Judie is survived by her two daughters, Marla Jenkins of Germantown, MD and Shelley Goodman and her husband Andrew of Frisco, TX; and two grandchildren Rachel and Lauren Goodman of Frisco, TX. She was predeceased by a brother, Lawrence S. Halpern.
