Judith (Fowler) Watrous, 68, of Middletown and Portland, passed away on Monday, February 7th at Middlesex Hospital. Born in New Haven, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen (Thissell) Fowler. Judith is survived by her son, Timothy Watrous of Willis, TX; three daughters, Cheryl Watrous of Willis, TX, Jennifer Watrous of Humble, TX, and Kristen Watrous-Rodriguez and her husband, Luis of San Antonio, TX; her sister, Carol Downs of New Haven and four grandchildren.
