Judith E Drummond, 61, of Indianapolis, IN passed away Wednesday January 20, 2021 at home. Born on 5/5/1959 to the late Robert F and Lois G (Richardson) Richardson.
She was a graduate of Roncalli High School Class of 1977 and Saint Mary of The Woods College in 1981.
She retired in June of 2020 from Kroger Facility Engineering after 19 years of employment as lead Administrative Support Personnel. Her prior jobs always included her love of “words” in some form, including being a Spanish translator.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Janet C. Richardson and Brother-in-Law, Kenneth S. Dunn.
Surviving family includes her husband, Duke A. Drummond; adopted daughter, Shawn D. Turner; brother, Michael E. (Valerie) Richardson; sister, Joyce A Dunn; nephew, Ian M. (Melanie) Richardson; niece, Rebecca S. Richardson; great nephew, Logan M. Richardson; and great niece, Amelia G. Richardson.
Grandma to Lacee Elmore and Hunter Elmore. “Mummy” to Xavier Elmore, Xandre Elmore, Xendaya Elmore.
Judy always said that the greatest compliment that she ever received, was from a seven year old girl that asked Judy if she was an adult or a child.
