Judith A. Allen, 73, of Washington, passed away at 5:35pm Thursday, January 5, 2017, at St. Francis Woods in Peoria.
She was born on August 30, 1943 in Peoria, the daughter of William and Grace Brady Eden. She married Roy Allen on May 4, 1990 in Pekin. He passed away on November 17, 2016 in Washington. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one infant granddaughter.
Surviving are her six children, Tammi Howell and Maura (James) Everett both of Peoria; Timothy (Erin) Bidleman of Auburn, IL; Terry (Natalie) Bidleman of DesMoines, IA; Theodore Bidleman of Winter Haven, FL; and Lynda Rhodes of Creve Coeur. Also surviving are 15 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren along with three brothers Ronald Eden of Fredona, AZ, Owen Simmons of Peoria and Gregory (Alice) Simmons of Dayton, OH.
Judy was a very giving person and was family-oriented, and she would bend over backwards to help someone in need. She had a great love of St.
