Joyce Williams Wilkinson, 74, Anderson, died October 21, 2011 at her residence after a brief illness. She was born April 8, 1937 in Osgood, Indiana, and had lived most of her life in this area. Joyce worked for Anderson Community Schools as a cashier and for Meijer. She also owned Joyce’s Cellar Ceramics.
She attended Chesterfield Community Church of God and was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Middletown Chpt., Alexandria Skate Club, Madison County BMX and the Gold Wing Club. She also enjoyed ceramics and traveling with friends.
Survivors include her son, Trevin Teresa Wilkinson of Anderson; son-in-law, Steve Reed; grandchildren, Seth & Sarah Wilkinson, Randy Michelle and Jay Kim Jackson, Amanda Reed, Sammy Todd and Amanda Kay Blevins; great grandchildren, Riley, Raegan, Mya, Maci & Kara Jackson, Mariah Young, Hayden & Harmony Blevins; several nieces, nephews, and special friends, Sandra Beaver & Mary McCartney.
She was preceded in death by her husband, whom she married in 1955, Howard Wilkinson; parents, Waldo & Faye Cumberworth Williams; children, Tammy Reed & Tari Jean Wilkinson; great granddaughter, Liza Joy Jackson; and sister, Judy Richardson.
