JOYCE MAE SPENCER, 70, longtime Deming resident passed away Friday, December 18, 2009 at her home.
She was born January 22, 1939 in Mesa, Arizona to Dorothy Armendia Hall and George Raymond Stewart. Joyce attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church and had worked as a waitress. She had been in bowling league and enjoyed going on rides in the motorcycle with Brent.
Survivors include her companion, Brent Collins; brother, Raymond Stewart of Sacramento, CA; sister, Marge Russell of Phoenix, AZ; cousin, Betty Stokes of Lordsburg; a close niece, Vicki Jackson; close nephew, Shane Skaggs and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons, Michael & William and a sister, Shirley Skaggs.
