Joyce Eichenberger was born at Buffalo Center, Iowa. The family moved to Dunnellon, FL in 1963. They owned and operated Eichenberger’s Dairy Bar through 1968.
Joyce graduated from Dunnellon High School in 1974 and was a retired U.S.P.S. Mail Carrier who worked at the Dunnellon Post Office.
She had many health issues but always kept her faith in her Lord and Savior. She loved her family so much and always wanted to help others the best she could.
Joyce loved nature and all animals, especially cats and dogs.
She was preceded in death by her mother Catharina Eichenberger and her father Ernest Eichenberger.
She is survived by her sister Linda Hurst, her brother-in-law Kenneth Hurst, her nephews Kenneth Hurst, Jr., and Dennis Hurst, and her great niece Brooke Hurst.
Joyce will be missed so much but our faith remains strong that we will be together again. She is now without pain and at peace with the loved ones that have gone before her.
