Joyce K. (Spielvogel) Huhtala, 66, of Sacco Drive, Westerly, RI, died Monday, January 22, 2007 at Miriam Hospital in Providence. She was the beloved wife of John M. Huhtala.
Joyce was born in Norwich, CT, on January 6, 1941 she was the daughter, of the late Herman and Margurite (Lord) Spielvogel.
Mrs. Huhtala was a communicant of the Church of St. Clare’s Church in Westerly.
Joyce enjoyed Shopping, the beach and gardening.
Besides her husband she will be sadly missed by her two children; Marjorie Hartford of North Scituate, RI and Michael Hartford of Westerly. She also leaves her two brothers, Richard Spielvogel of Bradford, RI and Michael Spielvogel of Westerly. She also leaves 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. She was the mother of the late Patricia Sinon.
