Joyce Doty Asbury Dugger 88 of Clinton passed away on Oct 25, 2013 at 11:00pm in the Vermillion Convalescent Center. She was born on April 21, 1925 in Tuscola, IL., to Ebb and Georgia Roath Doty. She had worked at the Citizen State Bank in Newport for many years and a devoted wife and mother. She cared and loved everyone as all cared and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her parents, two husbands; Sidney Asbury and Ben Dugger, four brothers, 3 sisters and a infant daughter Karen.
She is survived by a son Timothy Joe Asbury and a grandson Darren Asbury. Two sister in laws; Dorothy Doty of IL., and Jo Doty of KY. Also, several nieces and nephews.
