Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Iris (Taylor) Belland; husband, Lloyd Comer; daughter, Cheryl Sieli, and three siblings: Robert Belland, Clair Belland and Carole Crawford.
She is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth Woods; son, Jeff (Cynthia) Comer; 3 grandchildren: Joyce (John) Higginbotham, Matthew Comer, and David (Megan) Comer and 5 great-grandchildren.
