Born on March 21, 1938, to Harry Horner and Dorothy Standley in Washington, D.C., Joyce relocated to Florida in 1980 from Marion, Virginia. She enjoyed a successful career as a bookkeeper and could often be found crocheting, making ceramics, and shopping in her spare time.
Joyce is preceded in death by her cherished son, Gary; and adored grandson, Jase. She is survived by Teresa, Randy, Richard; 6 grandchildren, Derrick, Christopher, Slater, Ryan, Erin, Ricky, Jacob; and brothers, Harry and Barry.
Joyce will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved her.
