Joyce Ann Mullin Moore, 71, passed away in peace, surrounded by her family, at her home in Newnan, Georgia, on February 19, 2014, from complications due to lymphoma. Joyce was born in Long Branch, New Jersey, and graduated from Long Branch Senior High School in 1960.
She was preceded in death by her father, Hagan William Mullin, and mother, Wilma Ferne Mullin. Loved, cherished, and adored by her family and countless others, Joyce will always remain a joyful light in our hearts. She is survived by her devoted husband of 45 years, Bill Moore, and her children Patrick (Caroline) Mrizek, Scott Moore, Whitney (Tim) Fitzgerald, and KC and Mo, and six grandchildren. Additionally, she is survived by her brother, Gerald (Delbra) Mullin, and sister, Bonnie (Scott) Piner. Joyce retired from the Atlanta Public Schools after 25 years, and enjoyed traveling with her Sweet William, gardening, and spending time with her beloved family. Those she left behind will remember her dearly and often.
