Joyce was preceded in death by her father; her brother, Ronald Bray and longtime companion, Sam Rutter.
Joyce is survived by her brother, Gary (Quan) Bray; sister, Shelia (Rusty) Snyder; sister in law, Bonnie Bray; nephew, Steven (Stacia) Snyder; niece, Sunny Bray; and two great nieces.
