WALLINGFORD- Joyce A. Loomis, 81, passed away peacefully Saturday, September 29, 2018, at Midstate Medical Center surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was the devoted wife of Kline E. Loomis for 63 years.
She was born in Westminster West, Vermont, November 14, 1936, to the late Robert G. and C. Margaret (Simmonds) Austin. She graduated from Brattleboro Union High School, Class of 1954. She went on to achieve a life-long dream receiving an Associate’s Degree in Business Management at Middlesex Community College at the age of 55. Joyce was a Purchasing Manager at C&K/Unimax.
