Joy LuRae Martin Jarvis , age 50, died Friday, November 6th, 2015 following a long illness. Born May 17th, 1965, she was the daughter of Clarence Luther Martin Sr. and Cheryl B. Martin of Grand Junction. Joy LuRae grew up in Fruita and was a life-long resident of the Grand Valley. She worked as a CNA for a number of years and was employed as a carnival worker as a young woman.
