Joy Ella Lackey, 61, of Drasco, Arkansas passed away Saturday, May 23, 2015. She was born February 9, 1954 to the late John and Ether Miller in Heber Springs.
She is survived by her husband of forty-two years, Leon Lackey; one daughter, Teresa (Christian) Hall; three grandchildren: John Crow, Emily Crow, and Mark Crow; and many, many friends.
