Josue was born on June 7, 1960, in the city of Kinskoff, Haiti to the parentage of the late Joseph and Resia Divra. Josue came to the United States of America at the age of nine with his mother Resia and two brother’s Abdias and Gael to reunite with their father Joseph on January 21, 1971, in Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY. Josue didn’t speak English at the time just French and Creole.
Josue’s passion for life was felt by all who knew him. He had a way of animating the party like no other, with his impeccable dancing skills and being the life of the party, at every party.
Josue leaves behind his 2 Brothers: Abdias Divra & Gael Divra; Josue’s Sons: Josua Sunnie Divra & Isaiah Duvra; Grandchildren: Gabriel Divra, Zion Divra, Aliyah Divra, Sammuel Divra & Samuel James Tynman Divra and a host of extended family and friends.
