Josselyn Andrews Dolenshek passed away, peacefully, on Tuesday, September 20 at home in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Born on November 21, 1946, the daughter of Charles and Eleanor Josselyn Andrews, she spent her childhood in Farmington, Connecticut and graduated in 1964 from Farmington High School. She began her career as an interior designer in Wellesley, Massachusetts, later working in Milwaukee and Cocoa Beach, Florida. She was the owner of Wall Street, a distinctive wallpaper and design shop in Cocoa Beach for fifteen years. Her talented design work included private homes, show houses and extensive hotel renovations.
Josselyn is survived by her loving husband, Alan, in Cocoa Beach, her son, Andrew, and his wife, Chloe, in Omaha, Nebraska. She leaves her mother, Eleanor, her brother, Brian and wife, Lucy, all in York, Maine, her brother, Craig and wife, Deborah, in Farmington, Connecticut, her nieces and nephews, Jennifer and Marc Demaree, Peter and Heather Andrews, Todd and Nelle Andrews, Seth and Ashley Andrews, ten great nieces and nephews. She was a loving stepmother to David, Randy and wife, Julie, DeeDee and husband, Ryan, grandmother to their children Jordan, Taylor, Logan and Marley and four grandsons in Omaha. Josselyn loved her family beyond measure.
