Joseph A. Monahan, age 91, died Monday January 29, 2007 at Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County, Willingboro. Born in Beverly, NJ Mr. Monahan was employed by U.S. Pipe in Burlington for 43 years, retiring in 1980 as Branch Traffic Manager.
He was a past member of Burlington Elks Lodge 996 for 59 years and served aboard a U.S. Navy destroyer in World War II. Husband of the late Bernice Hercher Monahan he is survived by a sister Winifred Bociulis of Burlington Twp and Ft. Lauderdale, FL and nieces and nephews.
