Joseph R. Tedesco, 86 of Toms River, NJ died on Thursday September 19,2019 after a long battle with Dementia. He was born on Staten Island, NY, graduated from McKee High School, joined the Air Force and served during the Korean War. Worked as a Plant Manager at JL Prescott in Clifton, NJ before he retired. Was a member of the VFW. Was married to the late Claire (Mehlem) and survived by his children Elaine (Ed) Nabholz of PA. and Joseph (Cathy) Tedesco of Staten Island NY.
Also married to the late Eloyce (Tassiello) and survived by Step-children Joseph (Peggy) Tassiello of NJ. and Victoria (Dan) Gainor of NC. Joseph is predeceased by his parents Thomas and Gertrude Tedesco. Along with sisters Joyce Pollice and Carol Vukelic. He is survived by his brother Thomas Tedesco of PA. Sister Darleen Tedesco of Staten Island,NY. Brother-in-laws George Vukelic, PA and Sal Pollice ,NJ.. Several Grandchildren and Great-Granchildren.
