Joe passed away peacefully in his home on June 13, 2013 at age 82. He is survived by his wife Annette and children Lynn, Theresa, Ricardo, and Adrienne; grandchildren Jonathan and Benjamin; older sister Maria (Sevilla). Joe was born in White Plains, NY on March 26, 1933. He served in the Air Force for 21 years and worked at Arcadia Post Office for 30 years.
