Joseph Rea Baer, age 90 of Manassas, VA formerly of Brevard, North Carolina died on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at Arbor Terrace of Sudley Manor. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Ellen Baer, a son Michael Robert Baer, a daughter Sandra R. Kinney and a brother Robert Baer. Survivors include his sons James R. Baer and David T. Baer, 13 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
