Joseph “Randy” Randolph Appleby IV, 76 of Seaside Park, NJ and Juno Beach, FL passed away on Tuesday February 2, 2021 at his home in Florida. Randy was born in Trenton, NJ and lived in Seaside Park, NJ before retiring to Florida. He was self employed as an Electrician and was a builder, building several homes, condominiums and apartment buildings.
Randy was an active member of the American Legion for more than 25 years, was an active Rotarian and was awarded the Paul Harris Fellow designation for his devotion to Rotary. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge in Toms River, NJ for over 30 years.
Randy worked as a Construction Code Official for Old Bridge Twsp., NJ and held many licenses for building, electrical and plumbing. He was a member of the Monmouth County Construction Board of Appeals for several years.
Randy is predeceased by his parents Joseph Randolph Appleby III and Marcie Appleby and his son Joseph Randolph Appleby V.
Surviving is his loving wife Judy Appleby of Juno Beach, Fl; his daughter Julie Webster and her husband Scott of Toms River, NJ and his loving Grandchildren Kyle, Lauren and Melissa.
