Joseph R. Busse, 75, of Silver Ridge Park Westerly section of Berkeley Twp., NJ passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at home. Born in Bronx, NY, he lived in Waldwick, NJ then Mahwah, NJ before Berkeley Twp. 12 years ago. Joseph was a Master Plumber and was owner of Brenwall Plumbing & Heating in Waldwick, NJ for many years.
Joseph was a parishioner of St. Maximilian Kolbe RC Church, Berkeley Twp. He was Past President of the Lions Club, Waldwick, NJ, Past President of the Silver Ridge Park Westerly Board of Trustees, treasurer of the Silver Ridge Park Westerly Men’s Club, served as a Cub Scout Leader and was a member of the Silver Ridge First Aid Squad. Joseph was an avid bowler and he loved to fish with his grand kids.
He was predeceased by his first wife, Joan. Joseph is survived his wife Josephine “Jo Ann” (nee Commarato), 3 sons Joseph R., Jr. of Colorado, Michael of Colorado and Patrick of North Carolina, 2 daughters Maria Busse of NY and Jennifer Kennedy of Colorado, 2 brothers George Busse of Rhode Island and George Busse of Pennsylvania, 4 sisters Gloria Anderson and CT., Leona Prince of FL., Elizabeth Naro of PA., Hope Green of FL. and 8 grandchildren.
