Mr. Kelley was born September 27, 1928 in Waterbury son of the late John V. and Margaret (Kennedy) Kelley. Raised in Waterbury and Wolcott, he attended Saints Peter and Paul Grammar School and Crosby High School. He began his career as a Tool Designer with the Farrell Foundry and then worked for several manufacturing companies over the years. He then went on to work as a security guard, retiring from Quinnipiac University.
