Joseph Ian (Crow) Neale
Joseph Ian (Crow) Neale, 55, of Terra Alta, died Monday, July 25, 2016 at his residence.
He was born June 26, 1961, in Washington, DC, a son of the late Joseph W. and Marian Milhorn Neale.
Joseph was a Native American Indian and Chief of the Youghiogheny River Band of Shawnee Indians, Inc., a blacksmith and metal sculptor. He was a traditional Indian who enjoyed wild edibles, herbs, primitive technologies, was a traditional pipe carrier and medicine person.
He is survived by his companion, BobbiJo Lacey and several aunts and uncles.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Sarah Neale.
