Joseph G. Halter Jr., 68, of West Haven passed away at home Monday December 12, 2011. He was the husband of the late Donna Halter. Father of Joseph Halter of West Haven. Son of Charlotte Tucker Halter of West Haven and the late Joseph G. Halter Sr. Brother of Lorraine Prusinowski and Jo-Ann Colberg both of West Haven. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews who were like his grandchildren. He served in the U. S. Army in Vietnam.
