Joseph D. Savini, 74, of Barnegat, NJ formerly of Florida, passed away on July 17, 2022 at home. Joseph was born in Brooklyn, NY to Domenick and Olga (Castagna) Savini. He honorably served our country in the US Army from 1965 to 1967.
Joseph was the owner of API Retail Solutions LLC in Barnegat.
Joe and Linda met in junior high school and married in 1968. They had 55 years of happiness and during that time they were blessed with three children and six beautiful grandchildren. His career in IT began at Petrie Stores where he worked for 25 years before starting his own company, API Retail Solutions. He successfully ran the business for twenty years, until the very end. He enjoyed playing poker, dining out with family and friends and relaxing with his dogs, Fluffy, Dudley, Brooklyn, Abigail and Charlotte. He will be greatly missed by all.
He was predeceased by his parents.
Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Linda A. (Guidicipietro) Savini, children; Joseph Savini Jr. and wife, Michelle of Bridgewater, Thomas Savini and wife, Christine of Denville and Donna Marie Clark and husband, Andrew of Surf City and his grandchildren; Andy Jr. and Peyton Clark, Isabella and Leo Savini and Roman and Dante Savini.
