Fitchburg – Joseph C. Joseph, 101, passed away March 28th at home. Born in Winchendon, MA, he was the son of the late Charles and Hasmer (Abbsi) Joseph.
Mr. Joseph was a bookkeeper for Weyerhaeuser before retiring and was a lifelong member of The Order of St. Sharbel. At the age of 72, he was the first patient in the Fitchburg-Leominster area to undergo a revolutionary cardiac treatment known as Thrombolytic Therapy.
He was the brother of Jeannette C. Joseph, with whom he resided, and the late Laila M. Joseph, Mary C. Abdallah, Ferris L. Joseph and Louis P. Joseph; uncle of 2 nieces and 4 nephews. He also leaves grandnieces and nephews and great-grandnieces and nephews.
