Joseph Bradley Britton, 72, of Anderson, passed away March 30, 2015 at his residence in Anderson. He was born on March 9, 1943 in Bertie County, N.C. He graduated from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C with a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree from Indiana Wesleyan University He retired in 2001 from Delphi as a process engineer and continued to work at Altair-Nano until 2013. He served from 1966 to 1970 in the United States Air Force where he was stationed in Alaska. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, scuba diving, tennis, running, and basketball. Joseph is survived by his children, Joseph Bradley Britton Jr., Stephanie Lynn Britton Jacob, Aaron Lee Britton, Bryan Joseph Britton; 2 brothers, Cecil Britton and Bobby Britton; granddaughter, Lindsay Jacob; former wife, Diane Britton-Harrington and former wife Cindy Lee Britton. He was preceded in death by his parents Cecil Britton and Betty Britton.
