Joseph Willard Blair, Jr. “Joey”, age 55, of Birmingham, AL passed away on January 13, 2011. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion post # 134 Homewood. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Willard Blair, Sr. He is survived by his mother, Mary Florence Payne (Carrol); sister, Cindy Speigle both of Birmingham, AL; niece, Shelley Nowicki (Todd) of Covington, LA; nephew, Rusty Speigle (Sunni) of Birmingham; great- nephews, Bryant, Davis, and Preston Nowicki of Covington, LA, Connor and Cameron Speigle of Birmingham, AL; step-sisters, Pam Payne of Birmingham, AL and Debbie Adams (Bob) of California; several step nieces and nephews.
