BRIGHAM CITY – Joseph Arthur Bowen, 81, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2016 at the Brigham City Hospital.
Joseph was born April 10, 1934 in Elizabeth, New Jersey a son of Clara C. McGuire and Arthur J. Bowen.
He served his country in the Army during the Korean Conflict.
Joe was trained and served in the Civilian Police.
Surviving are his companion Erna Gravenstine; children: Jo Ann (Dennis) O’Neal, Brigham City; Patricia Marino, Brigham City; Joseph Bowen, La Vegas, NV; Thomas Bowen New Jersey; John Bowen (deceased); Christina Fisher, New Jersey, 17 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are his siblings: Paul Bowen, Thomas Bowen and Lois Brennen.
