Jose Alejandro Diaz, 46, of Bethlehem, concluded his courageous battle with cancer on July 18th, 2018. He was the loving husband of Nancy (Colon) Diaz, with whom he shared 18 wonderful years.
Born in Villalba, Puerto Rico, Jose was one of 14 children of late Gregorio and Ana M (Matos) Diaz. He enjoyed working outside, cutting grass, and spending time with his family. Jose will be lovingly remembered for his contagious smile and uplifting spirit. He loved to go fishing but also became a “fisher of men” for his church. His greatest love was being a grandfather to his grandchildren. Jose was a member of Koinonia House of Worship in Whitehall.
Survivors: Wife Nancy; Children Jose A Diaz Jr., Jakob Diaz, Brianna Vega, Lourdes Vega; Siblings Ana, Maria, Gregorio, Jose Angel, Doris, Carlos, Carmen, Lourdes, Jose Victor, Zulma, Alejandro, Sandra, and Brenda; Grandchildren Malakai, Ezra and Kyler.
