Jontel Amos Hawkins, Jr. 4 months old, of Anderson, passed away August 8, 2017 at Saint Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital.
He was born on March 22, 2017 in Indianapolis. Jontel is survived by his loving parents, Jontel Amos (Christina) Hawkins, Sr. of Anderson; two sisters, Ashlyn O’Sullivan and Ava Mae Hawkins both of Anderson; Maternal Grandparents, Andrew (Kelly) O’Sullivan of Brownsville; Paternal Grandmother, Janice Hawkins of Indianapolis; Paternal Grandfather, Eric Williams.
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Anderson, IN.
