Jonah Otelsberg Goodwin, born Warsaw Poland 1932, survived Holocaust in Russia, returned to Poland 1945, moved to Israel 1950. Budget Director, City of Tel Aviv; moved to US 1962, worked as a researcher while earning a Ph.D at City University of New York, taught at York College, CUNY 1979 – 1996, chair, Department of Marketing and Finance, Fulbright Scholar to the Soviet Union 1990-91, resided in Cecil County since 1993.
Survived by husband Peter Goodwin; brother Jerry Otelsberg; nephews, Michael and Eliot and niece, Dina.
