Jonah Cecil Tate, infant son of Jacob Cody Tate and April Victoria Marie (Hulsey) Tate passed away Monday, August 11, 2014 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia.
In addition to his parents, he is also survived by a brother, Josiah Eli Alan Tate of Centralia; grandparents: Dennis Tate of Centralia, Cindy Tate of Salem, Donnie Hulsey, Sr. of Centralia and Kimberly Ward if Centralia; two uncles: Donnie Hulsey, Jr. and wife Courtney of Junction City and Steven Tate and wife Chonte of Salem; six aunts: Loretta Hulsey and Josh Wiggins of Centralia, Megan Hulsey of Centralia, Kandace Dagg and husband Harvey of Salem, Dovie Stam-Kirtley and husband Ben of Salem, Amanda Tate of Salem and Roxann Johnson of Salem; seven cousins: Brooklyn Wiggins, Dakota Wiggins, Olivia Hulsey, Cambree Hulsey, Faith Yardley, Jennifer Tate and Haze Dagg. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Clarence Hulsey.
