Johnsie “Jane†Cox Triggs, 80, went to be with her Jesus on Thursday, December 31, 2009. She was a resident of Collinsville, VA and most recently resided at Blue Ridge Nursing Home in Stuart, VA. Mrs. Triggs was born on July 27, 1929 to the late Lester Cox and Mary Jane Wingler Cox of Sparta, NC. She retired in 1992 as manager of the Fieldale Collinsville High School cafeteria and worked for many years at the Collinsville YMCA and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Collinsville. Surviving are her two daughters, Jeanne Lawson of Spencer, VA and Mary Lee Robbins of Ramseur, NC; her beloved grandson Taylor Lawson of Spencer, VA and her sister, Alva Farmer of Sparta, NC.
