JOHNNY RAY MULLINS, age 41, of Manassas, VA died Wednesday, January 22, 2003 at Prince William Hospital, Manassas. Mr. Mullins was a member of Capital Worship Center, Centreville, VA and was employed with GRC Roofing for 7 years as an estimator and supervisor. He was preceded in death by his father, John Henry Mullins. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Pamela D. Mullins, two children, John Brody Mullins and Brenton Cody Mullins, both of the home, his mother and step-father, Geneva and Sanford Blankenship, of Manassas, one sister, Kimberley Keene, of Belfast, VA and one brother, Sandy Blankenship, of Grundy, VA.
