Johnnie Lee Freeman formerly of Sheridan, Arkansas died February 23, 2010 atthe age of 85 in Jacksonville, Florida following complications of surgery.She was born August 4, 1924 in Sheridan to the late John and Bessie WilliamsSoutherland. She was educated in the Sheridan Schools.
She married Vernon Foster Freeman in Sheridan, September 1950 and celebrated59 years of marriage. She was a member of First Assembly of God Church formore than 50 years and served faithfully for 25 years as Sunday SchoolSecretary. She was retired from West Bend Company.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Zella Ruth Jordan, sister andbrother-in-law, Eva and Garland Stubbs. Brother, Pete Southerland
