Johnnie E. Stewart, 58, of Crawfordsville died Thursday attest. Elizabeth Medical Center in Lafayette. Self employed in construction, Stewart was born Aug. 28,1951 in Osceola, Mo. to Edward. and Aleen Turpin Stewart. Stewart loved fishing, racing and his family.
He married his wife Marilyn Brock on March 17,1969, and she survives. Additional survivors include daughters, Stacie (Geoff) Payne of Crawfordsville, Misty (Mark)Gregg of Waveland, Angela(Curtis) Meadows of Crawfordsville, Stephanie (Andrew)Sims of Veedersburg and son, John (Jessica) Stewart Jr. of Crawfordsville; brothers Ron Stewart of New Market, Timmy Stewart of Schell City, Mo., Edward Stewart of Crawfordsville and Richard Davis of Crawfordsville and sisters Peggy Stewart of Crawfordsville, Melody Stewart of St. Louis and Deanna Starch of South Carolina along with nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by sister Cheryl Stewart.
