John lived in Fairview, NJ before moving to Toms River, NJ 8 years ago. John proudly served his country in the Naval Reserves during the Korean War. He then went on to own and operate Bergen Auto Service in Tenafly, NJ working as both a mechanic and owner. He was a member of the Italian Cooperative Club in Fairview, NJ, and the Holiday City South Men’s Club in Toms River, NJ.
Surviving is his loving wife Virginia Zucchino of Toms River, NJ; three children JoAnn Greenwald and her husband Russell of Riverdale, NJ, John Zucchino and his wife Diane of Clifton, NJ and Linda Zucchino of Pine Brook, NJ; four grandchildren Rachel, Matthew, Amanda and Lauren, and three great-grandchildren.
